mangalmart is a marketplace connecting couples with wedding vendors in Singapore. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Not use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam

3. Vendor Listings

Vendors listed on mangalmart are independent businesses. mangalmart acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any agreement between couples and vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any vendor's services.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate, up to date, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Reviews and Content

By submitting a review or any content to the Platform, you grant mangalmart a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. mangalmart reserves the right to remove any content that is false, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. mangalmart does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not endorse or recommend any particular vendor.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mangalmart and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions between couples and vendors facilitated through the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed SGD 100.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mangalmart and its owners from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on mangalmart, including the logo, design, and text, is the property of mangalmart and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, vendors, or the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
